  • 4 leeks
  • parmigiano cheese
  • nutmeg
  • besciamella sauce
  • 1 egg yolk
  • pepe
boil the leeks in salted water until "cooked"
drain them out and put them on a kitchen towel, one near the other, flatten them until they become a rettangolo as if it was a sheet of pasta for pasticcio.
add grated parmigiano and nut meg some fresh grated pepper (pepe)

roll the leeks/sheet to form a salamino and cut slices 3cm thick, put them in an oven tray upright one near the other and cover with a besciamella to which when cold you have added an egg yolk,
put into the oven to gratinare until colored

I'm sure everybody will do it with much more care and perfection than me so that at the end the dish looks apprezzabile
