I\'m sure everybody will do it with much more care and perfection than me so that at the end the dish looks apprezzabile
Ingredients
4 leeks
parmigiano cheese
nutmeg
besciamella sauce
1 egg yolk
pepe
Method
boil the leeks in salted water until \"cooked\"
drain them out and put them on a kitchen towel, one near the other, flatten them until they become a rettangolo as if it was a sheet of pasta for pasticcio.
add grated parmigiano and nut meg some fresh grated pepper (pepe)
roll the leeks/sheet to form a salamino and cut slices 3cm thick, put them in an oven tray upright one near the other and cover with a besciamella to which when cold you have added an egg yolk,
put into the oven to gratinare until colored
