spaghetti bolagnese

i know this may sound a bit disgusting but its lovely this serves four people

Ingredients
tinned tomatoes, trimmed beef skirt, 10 button mushrooms, one onion, 2 tea spoons lea and perins, 100ml of red wine, 2 cloves of garlic, half a pint of gravy, 2 table spoons tomatoe puree, tea spoon of sugar, seasoning and spaghetti
parmesan for deceration not necesary

Method
-Firstly put a pan on medium heat with a bit of olive oil in it.
-Next chop up the onion quite small.
-Cube the mushroom but leave out the stalk.
-Put those into the pan, get the garlic and either chop it up really small or get a garlic crusher and crush it but i prefer it when it\'s chopped up.
- Once the mushrooms and onions are soft chop up the skirt into slithers add the trimmed beef skirt and brown it off.
-Now you add the tinned tomatoes, gravy, lea and perins, red wine, tomatoe puree, sugar and finnaly season it with peper and salt.
-Let that simmer for half an hour.
-whatever speghetti you have got cook in coordinance withe the bolagnese.
-Once the spaghetti is cooked put onto the plate and make a circle in the middle and put the sauce into the circle and grate the parmisan onto the sauce. season with peper.
And Enjoy!!!!
