*garlics (3/4 bulbs)
*salt and pepper
1.cook garlics and a bit of celery then pour hot water in it.
2.add margarine,salt and sesame oil and boil spaghetti until al dente enough.
3.in different pan cook garlics,anchovies,dried parsley,celery,and put lemon juice in it.
4.make the sauce in a plate.put lemon zest,sugar,sesame oil and salt and pepper.
5.when the spaghetti is done,put in into the pan and stir it. add more salt and pepper.
6.put the sauce and stir it nicely
7.when it\'s done put it on the nice bowl and garnish it with celery and anchovies.enjoy.
