Makes 4 serves
400 grms spaghetti
6 mushrooms chopped in slices
2 medium size cans tuna in water
2 tomatoes(matured) peeled and chopped
A half of handful of basil and parsley
2 cloves of garlic(don’t chop it just press it)
1 dry onion peeled and chopped
Salt –pepper and a tiny red hot chilly
1 tea sp of sugar
¼ tea sp dry oregano
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
Cook the pasta in salted water for 8 minutes and keep it aside. The best combination, is to cook the pasta while the sauce is being cooked, so the pasta will be added in the sauce, immediately after finished its boiling .
In a frying pan heat the oil and add the onion and the garlic and mushrooms and the herbs. Cook in very low temperature till garlic and onion turn their color gold.
Now add the chopped tomatoes and add ½ glass of water and the sugar. Also add salt and pepper and the red hot chilly.
Cook in medium temperature and when the liquids absorbed add the canned tuna and ½ more glass of water. Cook until the sauce thicken and in the end add the pasta. Cook for 2 more minutes and the pasta is ready.
