In a frying pan heat the oil and add the onion and the garlic and mushrooms and the herbs. Cook in very low temperature till garlic and onion turn their color gold.
Now add the chopped tomatoes and add ½ glass of water and the sugar. Also add salt and pepper and the red hot chilly.
Cook in medium temperature and when the liquids absorbed add the canned tuna and ½ more glass of water. Cook until the sauce thicken and in the end add the pasta. Cook for 2 more minutes and the pasta is ready.
