While these were giving out their bitter water with the aid of a pinch of salt, I jumped to crop a handful of the ciliegini hanging on the plants like caramelized jewels, and tossed in the saltapasta pan just washing them before, not crashing them at all to see their shape till the moment I mix them with the pasta.
I mixed to the sauce a tin af tuna, let it savor with the other ingredients and at the very end a few shredded by hand basil leaves to spread their aroma in the kitchen.
p.s since the title cannot be corrected this recipe will stay there with the garganelli written as if I was/ were a foreigner adventuring in italian food words
