a combination of east and west recipe of sweet, sour, hot and spicy fish
fish(swordfish), thyme, salt, pepper, sweet sour sauce, chilies, ginger, onions, garlic, bell pepper, cumin powder, spring onions, tomatoes olive oil, butter, carrots, white wine
=season the fish with salt, pepper, cumin, thyme
=heat the pan put some little olive oil, fry the fish(don\'t over cooked), then add the butter..
=transfer the fish into another pan, don\'t wash the used pan from the first method instead add the garlic, onion, ginger, saute them then add the white wine and sweet sour sauce, then transfer the mixture into the other pan where you put the fish.... then put some tomatoes
=put the entire mixture into the oven for 30 mins
