Ingredients
evo oil
peperoncino
garlic
black olives
broccoletto
Method
Let the garlic color in oil with a bit of peperoncino, take both from the pan. add quartered deboned olives and let aside. Boil your broccoletto cut into pieces for 7 mins in salted water. Strain and toss it into the pan with some more olive oil and a few tbsp of the broccoletti water where your pasta corta will cook till al dente.
At the last minute let your pasta go with the sauce.
Parmigiano or pecorino on top
