Ingredients
fresh cropped medium zucchini
marjoram and thyme
onion
evo oil
zucchini flowers

Method
..........I sliced my zucchini very thin in coins like slices, let them go on low fire with some finely sliced onion until soft. I added thyme and marjoram leaves with generosity and the courgettes\' chopped flowers at the very end.
We had good pane toscano for supper, on top of which my zucchini coins with the different cheeses and/or mozzarella seemed quite happy
