trying to make all happy for a very very late sunday lunch I put together various ingredients one after the other thinking to whom would like what
Ingredients
garlic
peperoncino
evo oil
salt
leek
black olives
capers
pancetta
pecorino romano
Method
I started with peperoncino in olive oil and garlic, then added some chopped black olives, a tbsp of capers, a good piece of leek finely sliced and salt, and let it go until I tossed the penne in salted boiling water, at that moment I realized that a sunday pasta should be a little tastier and added a few slices of wonderful smelling pancetta I cut at the moment from a big pancetta roll I have in the fridge.
The last touch was some freshly grated pecorino romano
I kept looking at the faces of the others eating with me, but no one looked at me, they were so concentrated in tasting their penne ..... and I was contenta aswell
