Quick and nutritius
Ingredients
3 serves
1 big onion chopped
2 mushrooms chopped(in four)
3 asparagus (peeled)
3 \"heads\" of artichokes.peeled and sliced
1 red sweet pepper sliced(batons)
1 carrot sliced(batons)
6 crayfishes(optional,if you want to give an extra \"sea\" taste)
4 table sp sesame oil
1 tea sp sugar
1 tea sp red sweet pepper(powder)
2 tea sp sesame seeds
30 grms cognac
3 tea sp oyster sauce
3 tea sp honey
1/2 tea sp sea salt
1 tiny red devil pepper(optional)
Method
Prepare the veggies,and cut the pepper,the artichokes and the carrot in batons.Salt them light .
Heat the sesame oil in slow fire,and add the onion first (add the sugar on top of it)and then the carrot and the pepper.Carrot and pepper needs more time to cook so you have to add them first. Add the tiny red pepper. Cook for 8 minutes ,caring to mix them with a wooden spoon.Now add the mushrooms and the artichokes.Add the sesame seeds.Continue mixing . In a bowl mix the honey the oyster sauce and the cognac.Add this liquid and keep mixing slowly.The last ingredient you have to add is asparagus.It needs gently cook so you have to add it in the end.Now the food is ready and if you like the last 5 minutes add crayfishes,for an extra taste and flavor.
