  • 3 eggs (Turo-Anita's hens)
  • grano duro flour
  • 00 flour
  • barley buckwheat spelt homemilled flour
  • a squeeze of lemon juice
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • for the sauce
  • 2 minigreen peppers
  • one mini eggplant
  • basil flowers and leaves
  • marjoram
  • 2 medium fresh cropped zucchini and their flowers
  • 1 mini very tender zucchina
  • a piece of peperoncino and 2 garlic cloves
the pasta dough has been passed through the pasta machine on nr. 6,5 this time, I thought it was too thin but at the end it turned out fine.
For the sauce I started with garlic and peperoncino in olive oil, added sliced peperoni and let them give out thier water, then added the medium zucchine grated to make a green sauce, at the very end I tossed in the flowers, herbs marjoram and basil, and the little zucchina in round slices grilled on a non sticky pan ..................

..................... my tagliatelle dived into boiling salted water and reemerged so quickly that I had to hurry with my pan where all the greens of my orto were waiting to color our pasta dish on the 26th of june 2010
