  • pumpkin into chunks
  • water
  • mais flour
  • milk
  • salt
Toss your pumpkin into pieces in boiling lightly salted water and let it go for a while, then add some handfuls of mais flour and let it boil whisking and mixing for 20 mins approxx. .......... add a little milk at th end .................. and enjoy it looking at white falling snowflakes.

this dish is meant for snowing days ..... my neighbor always came with a whole butternut pumpkin and a sachet of mais flour saying it must be done ........... as soon as it started to snow

Method
