Pizza with green and red grapes, rosemary, pinenuts and ricotta
This might sound odd but it's totally delicious for breakfast or dessert. Especially with a ball of vanilla ice-cream great!In a bowl mix together the grapes, pinenuts, rosemary, sugar and white wine and allow to sit for a few minutes. Then scatter, with the juice, all over the pizza base. Crumble over little pieces of ricotta and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil. Cook until crisp and golden.
