• 6 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 2 baby artichokes (use good jarred ones)
• 3 slices of prosciutto
• a small handful of good olives, stones removed
• 1 small egg, preferably organic
85g/3oz mozzarella
• extra virgin olive oil
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
but also try some honey and pesto with good tomato,s with mozzarella.

Work is an italian restuarant in Christchurch, New Zealand.
We thought the pizza was amazing, if ur interested in bouncing ideas off each other.
We got a pizza on the menus, with slowly roasted shoulder of pork, taleggio, thyme, and rocket on top after its cooked, actually i got it out of your jamie's italy.
Add the egg at the last 3-4 minutes and it will stay beautiful.
I love this pizza...
