pizza with potatoes, mozzarella, rosemary, thyme and tomatoes

starter
Smear the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base. Slice the potatoes into 0.5cm/Ό inch thick slices and toss in a bowl with the rosemary, thyme, a good glug of olive oil, a small squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Scatter them over the pizza base and put small torn-up pieces of mozzarella into the gaps. Cook until crisp and golden.

1. Navita Fri 21 Aug 2009 @ 14:08 Hi Jamie,

I got hooked to cooking only after marriage and eversince I am having so much fun...saw you for the first time on Naked Chef (@ Discovery Travel n Living)....love the fact that your recipes are simple and simply adore your effort to make people understand that cooking need not be a chore but a joy!
Kudos for all the effort you put into those young wannabe chefs to help open a resto, so that the guys can earn on their own...wish I had you as a mentor too!!!

xoxoxo
