Ingredients

  • ½ clove garlic, peeled and bashed to a pulp
  • 1 good handful fresh basil, bashed to a pulp
  • 1 small handful toasted pine nuts, bashed to bits
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

Mix everything together in a bowl and season to taste.
