white celery cream soup with white truffle oil
boil all the ingredients of vegetable broth for 30 minutes.
strain the broth
bring back to boil, add the chopped potatoes and white celery until soft
take off from the heat
add milk, drizzle of olive oil and butter, put in food processor until smooth
heat up the soup but not until boiling
serve hot with light drizzle of white truffle oil and toasted bread
