Hi,
Resently I watched an episode of Jamie at Home called Pickles and Preserves. On the show Jamie made a home made ketchup that I would be really interested in getting the recipe for. However, I am unable to find it. Can you help me out?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Nicole

Howdy,
Was watching your "Jamie At Home" series here in oz a couple of months ago and you banged down a mighty mean looking souffle. Lightly fry a couple of vegies, add the egg and jam the whole shooting match in the oven, frying pan an all.......and walah souffle!. Slamming, love ya style, a real mans way of cooking. Dam you for making it look so easy. After 3 miserable attempts I am desperately searching the net for answers. The foodnetwork was of no real help for us poor folk down here in convict territory. I've obviously missed something and would love to know what or how? I have my suspicions about our fan forced oven!
Cheers Rhys

Hi, I'm Connie and I work for the food magazine "Eat & Travel Weekly" in HK. At the moment I'm writing an article on welsh lamb, I heard that your restaurant, fifteen, is using welsh lamb, therefore, I would like to ask your comments about this product. Thank you for your attention.

I have been a vegetarian for 25 year but married to a meat eater. At last a book that gives simple meat dishes for me to cook and I hardly have to handle the meat just straight in the cooking dish. My husband is very pleased with the results "not over cooked at last" he says. ( i had no idea how to cook meat) I had to glue the 'bird' pages together though as it made me feel ill. I only cook meat that does not look too much in resemblance to the animal it came from.
Great veggie dishes as well though - thank you

I'm also looking for your homemade ketchup recipe that you made with the steak and chips.
Seems to be very popular as I see other requests. I love your shows and have learned a lot about herbs and not being afraid to *just cook* and forget the recipe.........taste as you go and tweak where needed

Hi Jamie,
I watch your programme Olivers Twist and seen an episode which featured a Christmas dinner/barbecue. I missed the recipe for your bubble&squeak with brussel sprouts instead of cabbage. I'd love to try it as sprouts are in season here, I'm Scottish & live in New Zealand.
Thanks a million
Julie

Gidday Mate!
I too am looking for reciepies for school lunches. My son (6) cannot have colours, flavours, dairy and sugar (just to name the main culprits). He is very fast getting sick of marmite and honey rice or corn wafers. Any ideas? I went batty last week, don't know where i'm going this week. Thanks for any direction at all.

It is great to have so many of your recipes easy, nutritious and gluten free.

You made an apple pie and a sort of quiche, I loved your pastry dough's and would love to make them. I can't find a subject they would be under just like the comment above, where do we go to find them Jamie?

I liked the recipe for asparagus in a custard baked with a filo crust. I have looked for the recipe and couldn't find it. It seems so simple yet must be delicious. If it is located somewhere I would love to know.
Thanks.
