Fifteen gets by with a little help from friends...
Over the past nine years Fifteen has built up a large number of supporters and friends. Quite simply, Fifteen’s work with young people would not be possible without the generous assistance from individuals and businesses who believe in the training programme. The team are always in need of a helping hand, so please do get in touch if you’d like to support Fifteen, in any shape or form.
Last but not least, a big thanks goes to those who’ve made a huge contribution to the Fifteen Apprentice Programme in London…
At the end of the programme, the apprentices spend three weeks working in top-end restaurants to gain experience of how other kitchens work. Here are some of the incredible restaurants who have kindly hosted some of Fifteen’s apprentices:

The support team collaborates with a number of like-minded organisations and referral agencies in order to offer guidance and advice, and to gather recruits for the Apprentice Programme. The Outreach Programme provides opportunities for vulnerable people to get a taste of the catering industry. Additionally, the team is able to support graduates, unsuccessful applicants and those who leave the course early by referring them to affiliated agencies for advice and support. Here are a number of referral agencies that have helped the apprentices:
Connexions
HMPS
Hostels
Kids Company
Leaving Care Services
Look Ahead Housing and Care

The London Probation Service
The Prince’s Trust

A number of donors and supporters help the Apprentice Programme through financial assistance, donated goods and services or pro-bono work. Here’s an example of some of Fifteen’s generous supporters:
