Fifteen gets by with a little help from friends...
Over the past 14 years Fifteen has built up a large number of supporters and friends. Quite simply, Fifteen’s work with young people would not be possible without the generous assistance from individuals and businesses who believe in the training programme. The team are always in need of a helping hand, so please do get in touch if you’d like to support Fifteen, in any shape or form.
Last but not least, a big thanks goes to those who’ve made a huge contribution to the Fifteen Apprentice Programme in London…
Throughout the programme, our Fifteen apprentices get the opportunity to go on a number of 'taster days' at a range of top London restaurants to gain experience of other kitchens and cuisines. The year then finishes with a two week placement, after which many apprentices are offered permanent positions.
Here are the incredible restaurants who have kindly hosted some of Fifteen’s apprentices this year:

The support team collaborates with a number of like-minded organisations and referral agencies in order to offer guidance and advice to apprentices and to identify potential new applicants to the programme. Additionally, the team is able to support graduates, unsuccessful applicants and those who leave the course early by referring them to affiliated agencies for advice and support. Here are a number of referral agencies that have helped the apprentices:
Alone in London
Leaving Care Services
Look Ahead Housing and Care
New Horizons Youth Centre
The London Probation Service
The Prince’s Trust
A number of donors and supporters help the Apprentice Programme through financial assistance, donated goods and services or pro-bono work. Here’s an example of some of Fifteen’s generous supporters:
