The Fifteen Apprentice Programme applications for the Class of 2013 are now open. Applications will close at midnight on Thursday 31st May 2012.

Please ensure that you have read and meet the following criteria as we cannot accept those who do not meet all these requirements:
•18 to 24 years old at the start date of the programme
•You must be living in Greater London with guaranteed place to stay throughout the course (We are unable to accept international applicants)
•We cannot accept anyone who has an NVQ qualification higher than Level 2 (No higher than GCSE level and not an NVQ in Catering or Professional Cookery)
•Not currently in education, employment or training
•Able to work in the UK for the duration of the apprenticeship.
•You must have a good command of spoken English language
