Do you work with someone who is thinking of applying to our course but lacks confidence or is unsure what the life of an apprentice involves?
On the 29th April we will be running a week-long ‘Bitesize of Fifteen’ course so that young people thinking of applying to our Apprentice Programme can see for themselves what the life of a Fifteen apprentice entails.
The week will include a taster of all the things our apprentices do on the course, including cooking workshops across all sections of the kitchen, a sourcing trip, team building activities and much more. There will also be the opportunity to hear about other routes into the industry, a chance to update CVs and assistance in applying to the Apprentice Progamme if needed.
The ‘Bitesize of Fifteen’ course will run Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 3.30pm each day. There are 12 places available at a cost of £265 per person for the full 5 days (just under £9/hour!).
The deadline for applications is this Friday, 19th April.
Just like for the Apprentice Programme, applicants will need to be:
- Between 18 and 24
- NEET (not in Education, Employment or Training)
- Lacking in qualifications (nothing higher than an NVQ Level 1 in catering or an NVQ Level 2 in any other subject)
- Living in London
All places are subject to an interview the week of the 22nd April.
