CLASS OF 2009 FIFTEEN APPRENTICE PROGRAMME GRADUATES HOST SEPTEMBER'S SUPPER CLUB


Supper Club Story

As part of Fifteen's 10 year anniversary, the Class of 2009 Graduates hosted September's Supper Club. 

A record number of graduates turned up for the Supper Club event on the 11th September, present at the event were: Owain, Tedros, Julien, Will, James, Stephen, Elliott, Marvin and Claire.  All the graduates contributed to a fabulous three-course meal menu, showing what skills they had learn from the Fifteen Apprentice Programme. 

STARTER
Roast scallops with confit squash, croquette of brawn and ham hock, meat juices and persillade
Veggie: Potato and beaufort cheese ravioli with wild mushrooms in a truffle emulsion

MAIN
Wild bass with an aubergine and white onion stew and tomato vierge.
Veggie: Butternut squash and blue cheese risotto

DESSERT
Three-layer chocolate brownie with a butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream

During the night the Class of 2009 Graduates gave guests a great insight into the Fifteen Apprentice Programme telling their own stories and experience , explain how the programme had helped them.
