FIFTEEN GRADUATES VISIT THE TUSCANY VINEYARDS
Six Fifteen graduates recently had the chance to go on an Italian trip to Tuscany arranged by Liberty Wines. Along with staff from the Fifteen restaurant, the group were taken to four different vineyards - Selvapiana, Cappezzana, Fontodi and Petrolo - to see how each produce their incredibly fresh Tuscan olive oil and of course amazing wine. As if that wasn't good enough, they also spent time at the Amedei chocolate factory and were treated to a delicious 8-course meal at world renowned Tuscan butcher Dario Cecchini's restaurant in Panzano!
The trip was a chance for the chefs to get a better understanding of Italian cuisine, from field to fork.
