GIZZI ERSKINE'S ITALIAN FEAST WITH JOE GRAY
Our very own graduate Joe Gray, with a little help from mentor, chef and TV personality Gizzi Erskine, has put together a seasonal menu for the Zizzi restaurants.
The yummy menu includes a radicchino salad, slow-cooked pork cheeks and a sticky date pudding. 25p from every dish will go to the Prince's Trust, helping young people have a brighter future.
The opportunity to be mentored by Gizzi and to design a menu for Zizzi's came about through the Prince's Trust's Tomorrow campaign that champions new young talent. Joe, who graduated from the Apprentice Programme in 2005, originally became involved with the Prince's Trust when they helped him to set up his own business.
