The apprentices were lucky enough to learn all about the elements that make up a perfect cup of coffee - from selecting the finest coffee beans to achieving the prettiest presentation.  On the back of the trip, the apprentices now consider themselves authorities on the subject, explaining to anyone who will listen that selecting the best beans should be done by hand, that frothing the milk should be done at a certain tempreture, and that creating an image of a dragon on top of a cup of coffee is certainly not as easy as it looks!
