SAN PATRIGNANO


A selection of Fifteen staff members and graduates have been lucky enough to head to San Patrignano where they were invited to run a series of bread workshops as part of the annual WeFree festival, to which San Patrignano invite a number of like-minded organisations to share their stories and experiences with their residents as well as with people from the local community.  Having graduated from the Apprentice Programme at different times, the graduates were each able to bring something different to the table.

 

It wasn't all hard work though - the group got the chance to see the cheese and cakes produced at San Patrignano, spent time in the kitchen with some of the residents and interacted with the other WeFree guests.
