The apprentices have now begun doing "taster days" at top London restaurants, including Moro, Odettes, Jamie's Italian, Lexington Catering, The Charles Lamb, The Dorchester, Marriott Grosvenor House, St John Restaurant and Bread & Wine, L'Autre Pied, Pizza East, The Berkeley, The Anchor & Hope, Chez Bruce, The Laughing Gravy and Barbecoa.  

The days are already beginning to make an impact, with the apprentices starting to get an idea of what style of food they would want to specialise in after graduating.  They are all brimming with new ideas - to the benefit of the Foundation team who enjoyed a delicious (and beautifully plated) fish risotto dish whipped up by apprentices Hasan and Amanda, who were keen to show off their new-found skills.
