THE FIFTEEN APPRENTICES VISIT BARBECOA


On 11 December the apprentices visited Barbecoa, Jamie's barbecue steakhouse based in St Paul's.  They went to see Matt Hill (a finalist for the Young Butcher of the Year in 2010!) prepare some Aberdeen beef, had a tour of the kitchens and got a taste of the restaurant's pulled pork, coleslaw, jalapeno muffins and 28-day aged burgers.
