INSA, an anonymous fine artist and designer, has made a name for himself by displaying his works in gallery shows in London, LA and New York after coming from a graffiti background. INSA’s recent achievements include exhibiting elephant dung high heels at TATE Britain and creating a sculpture in the Ice Hotel.
