Quentin Blake is best known for his memorable and inimitable illustrations used in Roald Dahl books such as The Twits and Fantastic Mr Fox. Quentin has also written and illustrated his own books and created his own much-loved characters. In 2002 Quentin won the Hans Christian Andersen award for Illustration, the highest international recognition given to illustrators of children’s books, and was awarded a CBE in 2005.
