The countdown is on – there are just NINE weeks to go until The Big Feastival and we are getting very excited. Even more than usual (if that’s possible).
Earlier this month we held our local press launch in the tomato shed on Alex’s farm – it was a brilliant day, the sun shone and lots of our favourite Cotswolds producers joined us to showcase their fayre. Thanks to all those who came along to toast the start of the festival season.

What more can the number one food festival offer you all? Get ready to sip, sample and shop from the lovely local producers and the best boutique brands in our Artisan Food Market. This year, we’ll also be joined by some of our favourite homeware, jewellery and fashion designers so you can shop ’til you drop in Lifestyle Lane. Take a sneak peek at the full shopping directory.
We’re very excited about the latest addition to our amazing chef line-up – Heston Blumenthal’s right-hand man Ashley Palmer-Watts will be taking to the stage in the Electrolux Big Kitchen on Sunday. Ashley is head chef at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, the UK’s top-ranking kitchen in “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards”, where he mines historical British recipes from as far back as the 14th century and reworks them using contemporary cooking techniques – so he’s sure to have a surprise or two in store…
