AEG Cooking Club in partnership with Daylesford

We are delighted to announce that Daylesford will be partnering with AEG to run the hugely popular AEG Cooking Club at Big Feastival.

Together with the 100% organic cookery school and farm Daylesford Organics AEG will hold Induction and Steam cookery classes to cook healthy and convenient family, seasonal suppers. Simple but key cooking techniques will be a theme throughout each of the recipes, which will extend your cooking skills repertoire.

Visitors can book onto the first two sessions from show open, and then from 1.30pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday and Sunday for the last three sessions. Places are free of charge and children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

At Daylesford, they have been farming organically for over 30 years, with a simple passion for real food. All of their food comes straight from their Gloucestershire farm to your fork: their meat and poultry, fruit and vegetables from the market garden, bread from their bakery, and cheese, milk, and yoghurt from their creamery. They have won over 60 national and international awards over the last 3 years for their delicious food, their sustainable practices and their farmshop cafe.

Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and surrounded by rolling countryside and acres of working farm land, The Cookery School at Daylesford embodies this passion. Led by Steve Brown, the School offers a wide range of courses for every level, from bread making and butchery to foraging and holistic seasonal cooking.
