Brindian Roast Bar bring together the best of the east and the west to produce their quirky “Naanwiches”. Consisting of slow roast marinated meats carved on to a warm Naan bread with a British salad of watercress, rocket, tomato and onion finished with chilli sauce and Raita, these are a true fusion food that’s not to be missed. Brindian Roast Bar have previously cooked up a storm at shows such as Taste of London and UK Bangla Festival, and now they’re joining the Feastival action.
