Having helped start the UK’s burger revolution, Byron will be bringing their new mobile restaurant to The Big Feastival. The Van will stick to Byron’s short and simple menu, with a focus on proper hamburgers the way they should be: patties made with good beef from small Scottish farms minced freshly every morning, cooked pink, and served in a soft, squishy bun with minimum fuss and fanfare. Three choices of hamburger will be on offer: Classic, Cheese, and the signature Byron with cheese, bacon and Byron sauce.
