1. www.TheBigFeastival.co.uk is a UK site and unless otherwise stated all Prize Draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2. Entry into the Prize Draw is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Our Prize Draws may be promoted over several different websites simultaneously.
4. Only one entry per person per Prize Draw will be accepted.
5. Persons connected with The Big Feastival or any of the participating organisations and sponsors are ineligible.
6. The Monthly Prize Draw closes on the 15th of each month and the final draw closes on 23:59 15th June 2011. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
7. Winners will be selected at random.
8. Brief details of winners may be included on www.TheBigFeastival.co.uk.
9. Winners of prizes may be required to take part in further promotional activities.
10. The winner will receive a pair of tickets to The Big Feastival 2011 on one day of their choice. Ticket prizes include 5 “scoffs” per adult ticket – onsite dishes from the Feastival restaurants.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
12. Travel to and from the event is not included in the prize.
13. An email will be sent to the winners informing them of their win. If you are a winner, simply follow the instructions on the email to claim your prize.
14. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification of winning or by the start of The Big Feastival on 1 July 2011, whichever is sooner. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
15. If the advertised prize is no longer we will substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
16. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be available.
17. The Promoter of Prize Draws on www.TheBigFeastival.co.uk is Jamie Oliver Enterprises Ltd, 19-21 Nile Street, London N1 7LL
18. No purchase necessary.
19. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
21. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
23. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law.
