Thanks to everyone who entered the competition.

We are pround to announce that Sahand has been chosen as the winning artist, and will be performing on the Main Stage on Saturday 1st September at 12.10pm. To find out more about Sahand, click here.

In our Live and Unsigned competition, the top tracks submitted via Soundcloud were submitted to a judging panel including Alex James, Mercury UK President of Music Mike Smith (who signed Blur to MCA Publishing) and JACKfm presenters Caroline Verdon and Trevor Marshall from The Morning Glory and BBC Oxford’s David Gilyeat.
