Valentine WarnerBorn in 1972 to two very good home cooks, Valentine Warner claims his first food memory as his second birthday cake: an iced sponge beehive, swarming with sugar bees. By the age of five, when not terrorising the farm, the kitchen had become his favourite room.

Fast-forward some years, and having spent several frenetic years in the hot burrows of London’s restaurant kitchens, Valentine embarked on a catering company before falling into the world of television with his first series, ‘What to Eat Now’ airing in Autumn 2008.
