The Big Kitchen will be showcasing 30 Minute Demos from some of the UK’s best chefs. Pick up tricks of the trade from the professionals, from how to fillet fish to mastering knife skills. See cook-offs, cooking demonstrations and talks from Jamie Oliver and first chef to be announced, Mark Hiks. It will be entertaining, engaging and most of all educational!

The Menu features the UK’s best restaurants and bars that will be offering a varierty of menus from their larders. With guest chefs and restaurants from London and local area providing mouth watering menus as well a host of the best new street food vendors, there is going to be something for everyone.
