The AEG Family Kitchen, in partnership with Gluts & Gluttony, will take place in the AEG Mobile Academy, which is fully equipped with the latest AEG combination steam and induction appliances. Here mums, dads and their kids (age 8+) can enjoy cookery lessons with a difference, around the theme of taking taste further! Talented chef Kathy Slack will be taking the classes. Be prepared to have fun.

Gluts & Gluttony was founded by Kathy after she decided to swap a long career in advertising and a life in London for the kitchen garden and the Cotswolds. She re-trained at Ashburton Cookery School and spent a couple of years working at Daylesford Cookery School. She now writes a food blog and runs G&G with her business partner, Mandy. G & G is based in Oxfordshire. All its ingredients are organic. Its menus are focused on local and seasonal produce, tending to favour a fairly relaxed style of cooking that champions the produce rather than drowning them in whizzy foams and fashionable coulis.
