Foodpairing® is a never-ending resource for creatives who love to cook, discover unique flavour combinations and create original dishes with a twist. Foodpairing® is all about how you can combine different flavours, a method for identifying which foods go well together.
Foodpairing.com has scientifically analysed the aromas of a wide number of foods, their website is the source of inspiration for many professional chefs and home cooks who are seeking new ideas and taste experiences when combining foods.
Marie will be introducing some mouth-watering combinations and families will together learn how to cook the two delicious dishes below using AEG’s cutting edge steam ovens and induction hobs. Cooking with steam is the healthier way to cook, the steam’s lower temperature helps preserve vitamins and nutrients to compliment a healthy lifestyle. As well as steam cooking the benefits induction are also unrivalled, it is more responsive and energy efficient than gas, boils quicker and because nothing burns onto it, it is the easiest hob in the world to keep clean.
