America is a country of many contrasts. For Jamie, it presented the ultimate food trip to explore places, ingredients, food culture and traditions. He wanted to get to the heart of great American food, to get past the junk and super-sized portions so he set off on what he knew would be a completely inspiring trip.
Jamie wasn’t wrong… from New York to New Orleans, the energy of Los Angeles to the big skies of Wyoming, he found what he was looking for: some of the most diverse and delicious recipes he has come across. What a trip!
