Fruit sponge cake
This delicious fruit cake is a real treat for any special occasion, any kind of fruit or berry can be used.
2 eggs separated.
Beat the whites with 25 grams of sugar until white and fluffy
Beat the yolks with 25 grams of sugar until white and fluffy
Sift 50 grams of flour
Mix the whole thing gently in a large bowl, use the folding method
Bake at 180C for 12 to 15 minutes.
Whip the ½ liter heavy cream with 100 grams icing sugar until stif peaks form
Decorate with sliced fruit and glaze with clear sweetened gel product.
