Jamie's Ministry of Food, Stratford, operates from their own training kitchen in East Ham and with outreach classes in Stratford and Canning Town, bringing cooking lessons and demonstrations to businesses, schools, community centres across the borough of Newham. The project is seeking support to open a training kitchen in other parts of the borough.
