Hi Jamie,
are you not reading these comments here?
Why are you not responding? For almost a year know we ALL ask you to release a dvd or at least get a status from you about a release date!

This is really disappointing :-(
Cheers
Tommy

It is really simple, just relese the tv series on DVD then you will make us all happy. I think 30 minute meals is your best yet, so simple to follow, so quick and easy, but I agree with every one else, we need them on DVD.

3 by chantal on Wed 7 Sep 2011 @ 16:11

Jamie you are hitting the nail on the head by saying that food education is the key to ending obesity especially in children, I LOVE your 30 minutes meals.. they are the answer for me.. BUT a book is so boring and a picture speaks a thousand words.. beside I am 59 and still learning.. it is much easier to learn by WATCHING.. methods.. explanation of what is ripe or specifics.. colours of food.. when is it cooked... what happens if you over cook.. etc... all these things are VISUAL.. I am ready to spend a fortune on your DVD's but can't FIND them!!! Even if you only had say four episodes on one disc and released them one at a time.. would be better than none and just one book... I have tonnes of cooking books and look at them once, then they stay on the shelf.. in contrast I have already one your mash (beautiful).. PLEASE PLEASE email and advertise when the DVD's are available .. PLEASE -- still admiring your work -- you're a genius with a heart of gold!!!

Hi Jamie, I also would LOVE/need the DVD to go with my copy of the 30 min meals book. Love the TV series but would be great to have it at home when cooking unitl I know the meals off by heart.

5 by Goonstable on Tue 6 Sep 2011 @ 19:34

I just had this. Couldn't get hold of Tallegio cheese anywhere so substituted it for Gouda, blooming delicious.

Could do with some tips on how to stop the mushrooms looking anaemic when they come out of the oven.

Also, does anyone know where I can get some Tallegio cheese from?

12 by Mica on Wed 6 Apr 2011 @ 16:01

16 by Brian on Sun 5 Dec 2010 @ 08:25

I've got the book but an android app would be great - especialy if it includes shopping lists so I can pick and mix on meals yet have a complete shopping list. When is the app due to be completed?

17 by Andrew on Wed 1 Dec 2010 @ 22:13

Love to watch your shows and try out some of your recipes to make my cooking (a passion) sightly different.
Could you please, please, please send me your recipe for mushrooms (the one you prepared outdoors for a friend while gathering mushrooms), served on toast.
Also the recipe for the risotto you prepared in the same "mushroom show".
Would appreciate your attention. Thanks a million,
