Together with my husband we have recently been making a mess of our kitchen. We have been trying out several 30 minutes meals. Ok, the 30 minutes became 40 minutes. But they were very nice en well spent. Today we have had the Piri Piri chicken en the little Portuguese tarts. The best way to describe what we experienced was a super pleasant explosion of taste in our mouths. Wow, I am very curious for the other 30 minutes meals.
Jamie inspires even the oldies.

Jaime!!!

I'm definitely in love with you, but in the way you fall in love with food.

I used to watch your shows as a young Colombian in the afternoons. That was probably, when you were doing the naked chef. A 13 or 14 years old in charge of the family dinner, trying to impress them with different recipes and ingredients, and obviously with the help of my little sister (5 years younger). We both developed this special connection with food and nature...

At this moment, we both, have gardens where we grow our organic vegetables and herbs. Still learning from your different recipes and trying our own. And enjoying life with friends and family when we share food, specially BBQ s :). MY FAVORITES.

Thanks, for sharing your love for food with the rest of the world!

Juliana
