Hi Jamie,
I am the head chef for 2 preschools in Boca Raton Florida. I am really interested in your concept and ideas. I have tried to implement a healthy menu from my 1st day 4 yrs ago. I think we have come a long way, but I want to do better. Is it possible to talk by phone or if you happen to be in the south florida area to let me know. I appreciate your dedication and heart to do better for our children in general.

Jamie, I've just turned 40!! Been told by my GP got to sort my diet out. I don't and have never eaten fruit, veg or salad.... Have tried recently but can't stomach them.. Do you reckon you could change me? Got any ideas on how to help? Cheers
