I think this recipe contains all Jamie´s virtuosity: it is easy to do, ingredients are easy to find, it is a healthy recipe and the final result looks refined and affordable at the same time .
I will prepare this on Friday´s nite for my couple...with a glass or two of good red wine.
With your permission,as I am from Andalucía, I´ll change Parma ham for jamón serrano "pata negra".
