Jamie, thank you for changing the world of food for us all.
In Africa you have many avid fans, only sometimes the ingredients you use are not so available. This can be quite frustrating.
I have a son who is bordering on vegetarianism and has no fear of fruit and vegetables. However, quick meals always seem to get a little boring or a bit stuck and this has been a refreshing change. We have together watched your show and Christopher (7) is becoming more involved in the kitchen through it. Through your endeavours our next generation will NOT be a fast food one, but rather a 'good food' one.
Thank you again, and keep up the excellent work.
