Hi I'm from Norway. we have looked at many of your programs and we wrote down your recipe long time a go. and i don't know how many times we have made this pasta dish. We love it!!

few weeks ago my finace and i cooked that pasta. it was really delicious! so today we enjoyed watching the video, because our result looked a little different from the pic in the book. but i really have to say, we've made everything perfectly right ;-)

i am a big jamie oliver fan, last autumn we went to scotland and i bought the american journey book at the airport on a special price, since that day, i buy all my jamie books in english, so the original ones (we are from austria), to geht rid of some wrong translations or interpretations.

So: we pass it on!!!
