about Jamie's ovens

Jamie fell in love with all things Italian when on holiday there as a kid. It was then that he discovered wood fired ovens, and he’s still fascinated by the cooking capabilities and the gorgeous flavours they bring out in all kinds of dishes.

He has cooked for his family in his own outdoor and indoor wood fired ovens at home for years, and wants others to have the opportunity too. So he has teamed up with Valoriani, a century-old family business from Tuscany that makes the original pre-assembled wood fired oven.
