They run purely on wood and have no moving parts to break down, which means no gas bills or maintenance costs. The cost of running a wood fired oven is around £7-15 per eight-hour shift, and crucially they are certified for use in smoke-controlled areas, including London.
All our commercial ovens include the world-famous Valoriani kit engine, and our wood fired ovens can be found in some of the most influential food businesses in the country, including the River Café (pictured), The Dell, Harrods, Shoreditch House and Jamie Oliver and Chris Bianco's new restaurant, Union Jacks.
